Who we are
Stoneset is operated by Prospy Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Prospy Limited is the data controller for the personal data described here. You can contact us at contact@stoneset.ai.
What we collect
When you join the Forge waitlist we keep:
- your email address
- your company name and role, if you give them
- the date you joined
This site doesn’t set cookies and doesn’t use tracking or advertising tools.
Why we use it
When you join, we send you one email confirming it. After that we use these details only to contact you about Forge: to offer you a place when it opens to your company, and to ask a few questions about how you price steel if you’re happy to answer them. We don’t sell your details or share them for anyone else’s marketing.
Our legal basis is legitimate interests: you asked to hear about Forge, and we only contact you about that. Every email we send tells you how to opt out: reply and we’ll remove you. You can also ask us to delete your details at any time. If someone else entered your address, reply to the confirmation email and we’ll delete it.
Where it’s stored
Waitlist details are stored in a database hosted by Supabase in London. Emails are sent through Resend from its EU (Ireland) sending region. The website is hosted by Vercel, whose servers may briefly process technical data such as your IP address to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. All three act as our processors under data processing agreements. Vercel and Resend are US companies and may process data in the United States, under the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We delete your waitlist details automatically 24 months after you join, or sooner if you ask us to.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, and object to or restrict how we use them. Email contact@stoneset.ai and we’ll respond within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we use waitlist details, we’ll update this page and tell you by email first.
